Young Biographies

These were published by Roy Publishers between 1959 and 1969. They have an obvious Christian world view and a richer vocabulary than most other biography series'. They also bring out the history and flavor of the character's historical setting exceptionally well.

When you find these with no jacket, they are very plain cloth covers with blank fronts and gilt titles on the spines. My friend Deb says that they were also published by Max Parrish in England.

I have found record of 62 books in the series but there may be more. email
